Media 4 YOU –Sahte haberlerle mücadelede harika bir yolculuk

19 - 26 Ağustos 2021 tarihleri ​​arasında Lovech şehrinde Erasmus + programı, "Gençlik" kapsamında 2020-3-BG01-KA105-094867 kayıt numarası ve "adlı uluslararası bir proje finanse edildi. Media 4 YOU - Gençler için Medya Okuryazarlığı ”.Proje, Lovech belediyesine bağlı Bahovitsa köyü “Napredak - 1920” Toplum Merkezi ekibi tarafından ortaklarıyla birlikte geliştirildi.Bulgaristan, Türkiye dahil beş ülkeden 42 katılımcıyı içeriyordu. Dernek olarak 8 katılımcı ile projede yer aldık.

 

Proje sırasında beyin fırtınası, grup tartışması, sunumlar, buz kırıcılar, dünya kafeteryası, çalışma ziyaretleri ve çok daha fazlasını içeren bir dizi resmi olmayan eğitim yöntemi kullanıldı. Hareketlilik sırasında gerçekleştirilen bir dizi etkinlik ve çalıştay sayesinde, katılımcılar yalan haberler hakkında çok daha fazla şey öğrendiler ve Bulgar Telgraf Ajansı ve basının ziyaretleri ile doğru haberin yalan haberden nasıl ayırt edilebileceği açık bir şekilde görüldü.  Konuyla ilgili genel imajı tamamlamak için, yerel vatandaşları, gençleri dahil ederek, röportajlar yaparak ve Lovech belediye başkanını ziyaret ederek katılımcıların yerel düzeyde yanlış bilgilerin yayılmasına değinebilecekleri faaliyetler vardı.

 

Media 4 YOU – One amazing journey in fighting fake news

 

From 19 to 26 August 2021 in the city of Lovech was held an international project was co-financed under the Erasmus + program, key activity 1, sector "Youth" with registration number 2020-3-BG01-KA105-094867 and the name "Media 4 YOU - Media Literacy for Youth ”. The project was developed by the team of the Community Center "Napredak - 1920", Bahovitsa village, Lovech municipality, together with their partners. It involved 42 participants from five countries, including Bulgaria, Turkey, North Macedonia, Italy, and Hungary, with each of the project partners involving between six and nine young people and one group leader. The project is monitored by the National Agency for Bulgaria (Center for Human Resources Development).

 

During the project, a number of informal training methods were used, including brainstorming, group discussion, presentations, icebreakers, world cafe, study visits, and much more. Thanks to a number of activities and workshops during the mobility, the participants learned much more about the fake news, and through the visits of the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency and the press, it was clearly distinguished how the correct from the fake news can be recognized in practice. To complement the overall image on the topic there were activities from which participants could touch on the dissemination of false information at the local level, by involving local citizens, young people, conducting interviews, and visiting the mayor of Lovech.

 

Project description:

With the development of technology and globalization, the media has become more diverse and society has begun to use these communication tools not only to learn news but also to determine its truth. This development has led to a large amount of misinformation. Distinguishing credible news has become a difficulty for people. Measuring the reliability of the information found is left to human self-awareness. With the entry into the 21st century, a number of changes are being made for the digitalization and modernization of society. Communication technologies, mobile devices, and the Internet have been entering with a great force since then, leaving a definite imprint in people's lives and ways of communicating.

 

The main objectives of the project were related to the acquisition of skills for recognizing fake news and assessing its credibility, finding information from verified sources, learning about good practices and their application.

 

The main activities of the project were related to learning about the Erasmus + program and the Youthpass certificate, the use of informal techniques to discover the importance of the use of verified information, its impact and application, and the development of new project proposals.
